Project Management

"The goal with every client is a project that is built to plan, on time, and on budget. Careful planning, years of experience, and teamwork combine to make the client's dream home a reality."

Travis G White
Home Designer + Custom Building Consultant

Selecting your custom home builder is one of the most important decisions in your journey to make your new custom home dream come true. An honest, experienced builder can make your journey enjoyable, thrilling, and prideful experience.

When first meeting with potential clients they're full of (really great) questions. Some creative, some logistical, and always cost-mindful. Collecting all the ideas and possibilities and generating a working set of plans and cost approach takes time. Starting with a good set of plans and a realistic budget are the first steps towards a successful completion of a new custom home.

My goal with every custom home client is to reconcile their dreams, ideas, and vision with practical real-world achievement. Most of the homes I build, I also design: this is the best senecio because it gives the client an opportunity to plan, in real time, for construction costs directly related to their design choices. Working with clients through the design process first provides us with an opportunity options that will bring the maximum amount of value to my client's new custom home. On occasion, I will have clients bring me plans for a custom home build that is completely inconsistent with their budget, practical use, and the lot they're building on.

Project management on a new construction build is a fluid, complex, and long-term assignment. I often tell clients it's more important to finish a new home project than to start: meaning we have to carefully consider and navigate many important items before jumping into construction.

With years of experience and hundreds of custom home builds under my belt, I help clients formulae a realistic and achievable plan, then advance step-by-step until successful completion.

I would love to learn more about your ideas and learn more about the details of your projects. If possible, walking your property before house and site plans are drawn is most ideal. This way we can collaborate note only on the most enjoyable design for your new home, but also the most strategic cost-approach. I look forward to learning more about your project soon!
